Unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials, these policies apply to all OZHK events.
Cancellation of Events by OZHK
Events may be cancelled due to low enrolment, inclement weather, or other circumstances that make them unviable. If OZHK cancels an event, registrants will be offered a refund. An administration fee may be deducted from the refund.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants can either receive a refund (an administration fee may be deducted from the refund) or transfer registration to the same event at a new, future date.
All registrants will be contacted via office@ozhongkong.com or WhatsApp within 24 hours of the event. In the case of inclement weather, OZHK follows The Hong Kong Observatory schedule. If a Black Storm Warning is issued or not lowered 2 hours before the event and/or if T8 is predicted to be issued anytime during the day of the event, the event will be cancelled.
OZHK reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations. If OZHK refuses a registration, registrants will be offered a refund.
Cancellation by Participant
Event places are confirmed once payment is received. There is no refund policy for cancellations or no-shows at all OZHK events. However, the attendee can transfer to another guest's name. If an attendee seeks a refund, please email office@ozhongkong.com 48 hours before the event.
If a refund is considered for sickness, accidents, or incapacity, the ticket credit will roll forward if the ticket holder produces a doctor’s certificate or RAT. It may be used for future events in the following six months. Refunds will only be issued via PayPal, and it may take 6-8 weeks for the funds to return to your nominated account.
Payment by PayPal Only
All registration payments must be made via PayPal unless otherwise stated on the registration materials.
